ORA-29273: HTTP request failed, ORA-06512: at “SYS.UTL_HTTP”, ORA-12545: connect failed because target host or object does not exit, ORA_06512: at “APPS.HR_LOCATION_API”

Error:

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed, ORA-06512: at “SYS.UTL_HTTP”, ORA-12545: connect failed because target host or object does not exit, ORA_06512: at “APPS.HR_LOCATION_API”

Solution:

1. In System Administrator responsibility -> Profile -> System
2. Query the System Profile Option ‘IRC: Geocode Host’ at ‘Site’ Level
3. Update its value to null, and save  changes
